Last summer I had a tree in my backyard almost tip over at my house here in Nashville. I called a tree service company and got their voicemail, left a message. Called another, was told the owner would get back to me. He never did. On the third on I tried the online form, still nothing. From all three of them.
I was frustrated that no one was calling me back–after all, I had business to give these companies and it wasn’t a big storm or anything–that–I would have understood! And then I thought of it from their point of view–they were losing out on a sure thing–I wanted to save a tree that would have costs a lot more to replace than getting it braced. And then I realized that there was a better way to solve this problem from both sides of the equation, and that maybe AI could play a role.
And now, all those months later, here we are, ready to launch a very different set of products than the one I envisioned to solve my tree issue, but with a consistent vision–how can we help small businesses capture more customers and bring more profit to their bottom lines?
What started out a simple voice agents expanded out to chats, into marketing, into warranties, into systems integrations, and into AI solutions that I’m realizing that lots of businesses need!
I’m so thankful for my family’s patience and support as this vision has come to life, for my friends who have encouraged me along the way, and for my developers and other partners who have played a huge part in bringing this idea to life.
When they tell you creating something out of nothing is hard, believe them. But here we are, and we’re ready to start helping service businesses, contractors, retailers, agencies, and small businesses use AI to help acquire more customers, turn them into raving fans, and to save time and money that they can take to the bottom line.
